We are looking for passionate and reliable Sushi Chefs to join our team at a busy and welcoming pub in South Yarra.

We welcome applications from sushi chefs of all skill levels, from experienced chefs to those looking to develop their skills in a professional kitchen environment.

About the Role

- Prepare high-quality sushi and Japanese-inspired dishes
- Maintain excellent food presentation and quality
- Follow food safety, hygiene and kitchen standards
- Work efficiently as part of a fast-paced kitchen team
- Assist with general kitchen duties as required

About You

- Previous sushi or kitchen experience is desirable, but all skill levels are encouraged to apply
- A passion for food and attention to detail
- Reliable, hardworking and team-oriented
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment
- Good communication and a positive attitude
