The Opportunity

We’re looking for a talented and motivated Associate Lawyer to join our dynamic and high-performing team. This is an exciting opportunity to further your career in a firm that values professional development, mentorship, and a robust team culture.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage a diverse caseload of litigation and/or advisory matters (e.g., insurance, employment, construction, commercial, or public law — tailored to your team focus).

- Draft and negotiate legal documents including pleadings, correspondence, and contracts.

- Conduct legal research and prepare high-quality legal advice.

- Liaise with clients, counsel, and other stakeholders to advance matters efficiently.

- Mentor and collaborate with junior lawyers and support staff.





- Contribute to business development and client relationship initiatives.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

- 2–5 years PAE (Post Admission Experience) in a relevant practice area.

- A current Australian practising certificate.

- Strong technical legal skills and commercial acumen.

- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

- A proactive attitude and ability to manage competing priorities.

- A team-oriented mindset and a commitment to client service excellence.
