We are seeking a highly organised and qualified team member to support quality, compliance, and participant services within our NDIS organisation.

This role is responsible for managing participant matters, including intake and referrals, monitoring and maintaining expired documentation, coordinating incident and complaint management processes, and supporting effective risk management practices.

Key responsibilities include obtaining and reviewing service quotes, ensuring ongoing compliance with NDIS requirements and practice alerts, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to continuous quality improvement initiatives.

The successful candidate will liaise and communicate effectively with participants, families, providers, and other stakeholders, while also developing, analysing, and reporting on surveys to identify trends and improve service delivery.

Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Pay: $45.00 – $46.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 per week
