Airwell Group is looking for a personable and commercially driven Sales Representative to join its experienced team.

Airwell began with an Australian farmer searching for a smarter way to move water. More than 30 years later, its Australian-designed, engineered and manufactured pumping systems are used across mining, industrial, environmental and agricultural operations.

This is a varied, relationship-focused sales role where you'll:

- Manage customer enquiries and develop existing relationships
- Understand each customer's requirements and recommend solutions
- Prepare accurate quotations, proposals and supporting information
- Follow up opportunities and turn conversations into orders
- Identify opportunities for additional products and services
- Attend industry conferences and, as you develop, customer meetings





Pump or technical knowledge would be valuable, but it isn't essential.

You could come from sales, account management, customer service, manufacturing or a trade environment and be ready to take your career in a new direction. What matters most is your ability to connect with people, learn quickly and follow through.
