Corbetta's Kitchen is seeking a talented and experienced Cook/chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality Italian dishes in a quick-paced environment. This role involves preparing a variety of menu items, including pasta, sauces, pizzas, and other Italian specialties, while adhering to strict quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

* Prepare a wide range of Italian dishes according to recipes and specifications.

* Ensure the quality and consistency of all food produced.

* Maintain a clean and organized work area.

* Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations.

* Assist with inventory management and ordering.

* Contribute to menu development and recipe testing.





* Supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff.

Qualifications:

* Proven experience as a Production Chef or in a similar role.

* Excellent knife skills and culinary techniques.

* Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.

* Strong communication and teamwork skills.

* Passion for food and a commitment to quality.
