About the role:

We are looking for a strategic and proactive Senior Advisor Communications & Change to lead the development and delivery of internal communications, engagement and change initiatives that support organisational priorities and business outcomes.

In this role, you will partner with leaders, project teams and subject matter experts to develop effective communication and change strategies that help employees understand, embrace and contribute to organisational transformation. You will play a key role in shaping how information is shared across the organisation, ensuring employees remain informed, engaged and connected during periods of change.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead communication and change initiatives that support organisational priorities.
- Partner with leaders and stakeholders to deliver effective communication and change outcomes.
- Develop and implement communication, engagement and change plans for projects and programs.
- Create and oversee content across internal communication channels.
- Mentor and support direct report and cross-organisational colleagues in communications planning and delivery
- Provide expert communication and change advice to leaders and project teams.
- Drive employee awareness, engagement and adoption of organisational initiatives.
- Measure outcomes and continuously improve communication and change activities.
- Use research, insights and best practice to inform recommendations and approaches.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- Demonstrated experience in internal communications, employee engagement and projects requiring a change management approach within a complex organisation.
- Strong written communication skills, with the ability to develop clear, engaging and audience-focused content across a range of channels.
- Experience developing and implementing communication and engagement plans for large-scale projects and business initiatives.
- Highly developed stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels.




- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use insights and data to inform recommendations and decision-making.
- A team-oriented and adaptable approach, with a commitment to delivering quality outcomes and exceptional stakeholder service.
- Knowledge of change management methodologies and contemporary communication practices.
