Part-Time Studio Manager
20–25 hours per week

We are seeking an experienced, commercially driven Part-Time Studio Manager to grow our boutique Pilates studio, strengthen client retention and deliver an exceptional studio experience.

This is a sales-focused management position for someone who is confident with people, highly organised and passionate about the Pilates and wellness industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive membership sales and convert enquiries, leads and trial clients into long-term members
- Develop strong client relationships to improve retention, loyalty and engagement
- Follow up with current, existing and inactive clients
- Identify opportunities to increase attendance, memberships and studio revenue
- Oversee daily studio operations and maintain exceptional service standards
- Support, review and execute marketing strategies, promotions and campaigns
- Stay informed about current Pilates, wellness, marketing and social media trends
- Promote the studio and develop initiatives to attract new clients
- Support events, partnerships, collaborations and local business outreach
- Monitor sales, retention and marketing performance against agreed targets




- Lead and support the studio team while working closely with the founder

About You

- Minimum three years of experience in sales and management
- At least three years of experience within the Pilates or fitness industry
- Fluent and highly confident in written and spoken English
- Proven ability to generate sales, convert leads and achieve targets
- Strong leadership, people-management and relationship-building skills
- Confident discussing memberships, pricing and promotional offers
- Proactive, commercially minded, organised and accountable
- Knowledge of current marketing, social media and wellness trends
- Passionate about growing a business and building a loyal studio community
- Available to work 20–25 hours per week

Pay: From $50.00 per hour
