Position: Warehouse All-Rounder – Tyre Fitter / Delivery Driver

We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking person to join our team as a Warehouse All-Rounder.

This is a hands-on role with plenty of variety. You’ll work across the warehouse, tyre fitting and deliveries, so you’ll need to be someone who is happy to get stuck in and help wherever needed.

Your day-to-day work could include unloading containers and organising stock, picking and preparing orders, fitting tyres to new wheels for our OE department, or loading up the truck and making deliveries around Melbourne and regional Victoria.

We’re a small team, so we’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, can work without being constantly supervised and can be relied on to get the job done properly.

What you'll be doing

Warehouse & Stock

- Keeping the warehouse clean, organised and safe.
- Unloading containers and receiving incoming stock.
- Checking incoming and outgoing stock against orders and paperwork.
- Picking, packing and preparing orders for delivery.
- Moving and handling tyres, wheels and other automotive products.
- Helping keep stock organised and assisting with stock control.

Tyre Fitting – OE Department

- Fitting tyres to brand-new wheels ready for delivery.
- Preparing wheel and tyre assemblies to a good standard.
- Carrying out general tyre fitting and workshop duties.
- Checking finished wheel and tyre assemblies before they are dispatched.
- Working efficiently while making sure the job is done properly.

Delivery Driving

- Delivering tyres and wheels throughout Melbourne metro and regional Victoria.
- Loading and securing goods correctly before departure.




- Completing deliveries professionally and on time.
- Completing delivery paperwork and maintaining accurate records.
- Ensuring company vehicles are kept clean and looked after.

About You

You’ll suit this role if you’re dependable, practical and not afraid of hard work.

You’ll need to be comfortable working on your own when required, but also be a good team player. The work can be physical, and there will be days where you’re moving tyres, unloading stock or loading deliveries, so being prepared to get involved is important.

You don’t need to know everything from day one. We’re happy to teach the right person, but you do need to have a good attitude, be willing to learn and take responsibility for your work.

Requirements:

Essential:

- Full Car Licence.
- Valid Medium Rigid (MR) Licence.
- Valid Forklift Licence.
- Full Australian working rights.

Desirable:

- Previous tyre fitting experience.
- Experience fitting passenger vehicle tyres and/or light truck tyres.
- Previous warehouse experience.
- Previous delivery driving experience.
- Experience working with wheels, tyres or automotive products.
