Cafe FOH Supervisor needed immediately in the Lakeside Joondalup Shopping centre

3-5 days per week depending on availability

Cafe operating hours are 7:30-17:30 Mon-Sat and 10:30-5:30 on Sunday.

Your availability should accommodate opening at 7:30 and/or close at 17:30(may need to stay back till 6 sometimes when busy)

Your job would require you to have, but not limited to, the following experience/skill:

- Good Barista skills

- management skills to lead a team by running shifts. manage breaks, and send people home early or have them staying back per need

- exceptional customer service skills

- ability to handle conflicts and difficult situation with teammember and customers.

- Kitchen experience highly regarded.

- daily cash closing and opening

- Cake cabinet management (restocking, labeling)

- stock ordering for front of house items.

Pay: $28.00 – $35.00 per hour
