The Role

This is a mix of admin, logistics, and on-the-floor work. You'll be the person making sure the shop has what it needs, when it needs it, and that the business side of things is ticking along. Day to day you'll be:

- Making sure the shop is stocked appropriately
- Placing orders and managing stock levels
- Communicating with suppliers and managing those relationships
- Handling invoices and general admin
- Creating and managing staff rosters
- Working in the shop yourself — serving, cooking, prep — so you understand how everything runs day to day
- Helping spot ways to improve efficiency and keep costs on track

What We're Looking For

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident communicator — comfortable dealing with suppliers and staff




- Comfortable with admin tasks (invoices, ordering, rostering)
- A hands-on attitude — happy to be on the shop floor when needed
- Experience in hospitality, retail, or operations management is a bonus, but not essential — the right attitude matters more
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
