About the company

We’re an event furniture hire company servicing clients in Sydney. Working with our clients, we supply hire furniture and equipment for corporate or community events, marketing, meetings, movie nights etc. We work with event planners, agencies, corporate organisations, community groups, government as well as private events. Our team is small but we’ve been successfully supporting a large base of clients and their events for over 15 years.

About the role

Your job includes:

- Delivering, setting up & removing event furniture
- Loading & unloading trucks with equipment
- Assisting the warehouse team to organise and maintain stock
- Flexibility working hours, some weekends & public holidays (Weekly roster, mostly M-F but will require AM/PM and weekend work)
- Flexibility to work a number of different shifts across the week,



allocated on a week-by-week basis.

What we're looking for:

- A person who is punctual and reliable, with positive attitude who likes working part of a team
- Be physically fit (heavy lifting and carrying is involved)
- Previous experience in event or furniture removal roles, preferred but not essential
- MUST have a current drivers licence
- Able to drive a 3 ton truck (car licence)

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $35.00 – $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kings Park NSW 2148: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

- Light Vehicle & Delivery Occupations: 1 year (Preferred)
- Delivery driving: 1 year (Preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (Preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (Preferred)
