From intimate dinners in private homes to weddings, corporate functions, celebrations and large-scale events for hundreds of guests, we pride ourselves on incredible food and seamless event experiences. For customers who love Kepos food but don’t need the full production we also offer our platter catering service.

About the Role
We’re looking for an organised, personable and proactive Event Specialist to join our team, based in our Rosebery office. This is ideally a full-time position, however we are open to casual flexible hours for the right candidate.

This role is fast-paced, especially in the lead-up to events, so we’re looking for someone flexible, adaptable and able to juggle multiple priorities with ease.

Key Responsibilities

- Be the first point of contact for all event enquiries (phone, email and Instagram)
- Manage and respond to new event and platter catering enquiries while concurrently working on future events
- Work closely with business owner Michael Rantissi on planning, quoting and execution
- Co-ordinate with event planners, venues and suppliers
- Quoting for each event
- Co-ordinate with customers on their platter catering enquiries,



orders and deliveries
- Assist in the organisation and smooth delivery of events
- Maintain strong client relationships through explicit and professional communication

About You

- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Ability to multitask and work across multiple events simultaneously but also ability to work on your own
- Comfortable working in a small, close-knit team
- Flexible, proactive and able to adapt in a fast-moving setting
- Motivated to help us grow the business
- Previous experience in events, hospitality or catering is ideal but if you don’t have this specific experience but love food and have excellent admin skills still apply
- Experience in social media would be good but this is not a game changer
- A love of delicious food!
