Reporting directly to the General Manager – Mining , you will oversee a workforce of 350+ personnel across multiple scopes of work, with significant opportunity for continued growth as our South Australian operations expand.

What You’ll Lead

Full operational oversight of the Olympic Dam and SMAD projects

Leadership of a large, diverse workforce across multiple mining disciplines Delivery of safety, production, cost, and quality outcomes Development of frontline leaders and emerging talent Strong client engagement and relationship management
- Continuous improvement across systems, processes, and performance
