We are looking for a friendly, reliable and motivated Dental Assistant / Receptionist to join our team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is current to the dental industry, as no previous dental experience is required. Full training and support will be provided to the successful applicant.

We would prefer applicants that live in the area, and a minimum of P1 drivers license is valued.

About the Role

The successful candidate will assist with the smooth day-to-day running of the dental practice, working across both reception and dental assisting duties.

Duties Include:

- Welcoming and assisting patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Answering phone calls and responding to patient enquiries
- Scheduling and confirming appointments




- Managing patient records and reception duties
- Processing payments and handling basic administrative tasks
- Assisting the dentist during dental procedures
- Preparing and cleaning treatment rooms
- Sterilising and maintaining dental instruments
- Ensuring the practice is clean, organised and well presented
- Providing a positive and welcoming experience for every patient
