We’re looking for a passionate, highly motivated, and experienced Multi-Residential specialist to join our team.

You will be working across an exciting and dynamic portfolio of multi-residential projects including build to sell, built to rent, affordable housing, retirement living etc, bringing robust communication skills and team leading ability.

JCB’s purpose is to listen, learn and make. Our approach to multi residential design is underpinned by a commitment to livability, amenity, placemaking, community and connection — balancing excellence in architectural form with the practical requirements.

We are looking for someone with the following skills:

- Multi Residential Specialist
- Leading multiple projects as a Project Director
- 10-15+ years’ experience
- Leading Feasibility Studies, Fee Proposals and Bids
- Participation in Business Development / Public Speaking
- Larger Project Experience
- Architect, Registered
