We are looking for a commercially minded Business Development Executive to manage an established grocery territory across the Mid North Coast of NSW. Covering Port Macquarie through to Grafton and Yamba, this is a field-based opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong store relationships, planning a territory and delivering high-quality in-store execution.

About the role

- Manage and grow relationships with grocery customers across the territory.
- Plan and execute store calls, promotional activity and in-store initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve distribution, visibility and customer outcomes.
- Maintain accurate administration, reporting, preparation and follow-up.
- Work independently while staying connected with the wider sales team.

About you

- FMCG field sales or territory management experience.
- Grocery or supermarket channel experience is strongly preferred.
- Excellent organisation, planning and administration skills.




- Strong relationship-building and influencing capability.
- Confidence using Microsoft 365 and reporting systems.
- A current driver’s licence and the ability to travel regularly across the territory.

To service the territory effectively, you will need to be based centrally, ideally in Coffs Harbour or the immediate surrounding area. The role involves regular day travel across the Mid North Coast, with no overnight travel discussed during the brief.
