We’re looking for energetic and caring Crèche Educators to join the team at BUMP Health & Fitness, a women’s health and fitness community designed to support mums through every stage of motherhood.

If you’re someone who brings positive energy, loves play-based learning, and enjoys building genuine connections with families, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Be Doing

As part of our crèche team, you’ll help create a calm, fun, and engaging environment where children feel safe, supported, and excited to play while their parents attend the gym.

Your role will include:

· Building positive relationships with children and families

· Planning and leading fun, age-appropriate activities

· Supporting children’s social, emotional, and physical development through play

· Keeping the crèche clean, organised, and welcoming

· Working alongside a supportive and friendly team

· Assisting with daily compliance and safety requirements

Hours:Monday–Friday | 8:00am–12:00pm

Permanent Part Time + Casual opportunities available

What We’re Looking For

You’ll fit right in if you:

· Have at least 1 year of experience in childcare, crèche, or a similar setting

· Genuinely enjoy working with children

· Bring a positive, reliable, and team-focused attitude

· Love creating engaging experiences and activities

· Are confident communicating with children, families, and teammates

· Hold a valid WWCC, First Aid & CPR certification





· Have a minimum Certificate III qualification in Early Childhood Education & Care or equivalent

· Have completed the required national child safety training, or willingness to complete prior to commencing

· Are available Monday–Friday mornings

· Can occasionally pick up extra shifts when needed

A current Police Check is preferred

Pay: $28.00 – $32.00 per hour
