Container Unloaders | Counterbalance Forklift Drivers | High Reach Operators

Due to ongoing growth and increasing client demand, we are currently recruiting across multiple warehouse sites throughout Brisbane.

Locations

Opportunities are available across Brisbane North, South, Central, and West, including (but not limited to):

Brendale, Geebung, Strathpine, Eagle Farm, Hemmant, Murarrie, Richlands, Wacol, Yatala, and surrounding areas.

Having your own vehicle is preferred, as it allows flexibility to travel between sites.

Roles & Pay RatesContainer Unloaders

- Minimum $33.85 per hour guaranteed
- Productivity bonuses available (earn $40+ per hour based on performance)
- Morning, Afternoon & Night shifts available

Key Responsibilities:

- Manual unloading of containers
- Pallet stacking and wrapping
- Working in fast-paced environments
- Maintaining safety and productivity standards

Counterbalance Forklift Drivers

- Minimum $34.96 per hour guaranteed
- Productivity bonuses available
- Must be willing to assist with manual labour when required
- Morning, Afternoon & Night shifts available

Key Responsibilities:

- Operating counterbalance forklifts
- Supporting container unloading teams
- Assisting with manual tasks when needed




- Meeting daily productivity targets

High Reach Forklift Operators

- $38 – $48 per hour (depending on experience)
- Two shifts available:
- 5:00am – 11:00am
- 12:00pm – 8:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

- High reach forklift operations
- Put-aways and stock replenishment
- RF scanning
- General warehouse duties
- Maintaining a protected and efficient work environment
- Achieving KPI targets

- Ability to work both independently and in a team
- Good physical fitness (manual handling up to 25kg where required)
- Solid organisational and time management skills

Licences & ExperienceForklift & High Reach Roles

Mandatory:

- Valid Forklift Licence

Preferred:

- Driver’s Licence
- 1–2 years warehouse/manual handling experience
- Cold storage experience

Container Unloaders

Preferred:

- Driver’s Licence
- 1–2 years manual handling experience
- Cold storage background

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $33.00 – $42.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hemmant QLD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

- Manual handling: 1 year (Required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (Required)
- Forklift Licence (Preferred)
