Property Valuer – Subcontractor

We are seeking a qualified Property Valuer to join our growing property services business on a subcontractor basis.

This is a flexible opportunity suited to an experienced valuer looking to take on additional work, with valuations provided as our client and referral network continues to grow.

About the Role

As a subcontracted Property Valuer, you will be responsible for completing residential property valuations across Melbourne and surrounding areas.

Key responsibilities include:

- Conducting property inspections and valuations
- Preparing accurate and professional valuation reports
- Researching comparable sales and market data
- Managing allocated valuations within agreed timeframes
- Maintaining a high standard of communication and professionalism

About You

To be considered, you will ideally have:

- Relevant property valuation qualifications
- Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) accreditation
- Experience in residential property valuation




- Strong knowledge of the Melbourne property market
- Current ABN and appropriate insurance
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Ability to work independently
