The post-construction cleaner/worker is responsible for carrying out detailed cleaning and site preparation after construction or renovation projects. The role ensures that the property is safe, clean, and ready for occupancy or handover to the client.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of construction sites, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all areas.
- Remove construction debris, excess materials, adhesives, and dust from surfaces.
- Clean and polish fixtures, fittings, windows, doors, and glass panels.
- Ensure bathrooms, kitchens, and other facilities are spotless and functional.
- Operate cleaning equipment and tools safely and effectively.
- Follow health and safety procedures while handling chemicals and waste.
- Report any damages,
safety hazards, or maintenance needs to the supervisor.
- Work as part of a team to meet project deadlines and client expectations.
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards and client specifications.
Job Type: Casual
Pay: $26.50 – $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
