Botanic House is a premium dining destination located in the heart of the Royal Botanic Garden, offering exceptional food, coffee and hospitality in one of Sydney's most beautiful settings.

We are looking for a versatile and energetic Food & Beverage All-Rounder / Barista to join our team.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working across different areas of hospitality, from making great coffee and taking orders to supporting the wider team during busy service.

About the role

As a Food & Beverage All-Rounder / Barista, you will play an important role in delivering a smooth and welcoming experience for our guests.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Preparing and serving quality coffee to a high standard.
- Operating a commercial coffee machine confidently.
- Taking guest orders accurately using a POS system.
- Processing payments and handling transactions.
- Providing friendly and efficient customer service.
- Assisting with food and beverage service as required.
- Supporting the wider team during busy periods.
- Maintaining a clean, organised and well-presented service area.
- Following all food safety, hygiene and company standards.

About you

We are looking for someone who has:

- Previous experience working behind a commercial coffee machine.




- Experience taking orders and processing transactions through a POS system.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and customer service.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, positive attitude.
- A team-focused approach and willingness to help wherever needed.
- Excellent reliability and punctuality.
- Impeccable personal presentation.
- The ability to work efficiently in a busy hospitality environment.
- Full Australian working rights.

Flexibility is essential for this role.

Pay: $34.96 – $69.93 per hour
