We’re seeking reliable Pick Packers for a cold storage facility in Hemmant, working Monday-Friday 6:30AM - 2:30PM. Working in temperatures ranging from -18°C to 0°C, this is a fast-paced role where accuracy, efficiency and safety are essential.

About the Role

We are currently seeking reliable and experienced Pick Packers to join a leading cold storage and logistics operation based in Hemmant. This is a fast-paced role working in a temperature-controlled environment, where accuracy, efficiency, and safety are key.

You’ll play an important role in ensuring orders are picked and packed correctly and dispatched on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Picking and packing orders using RF scanners
- Operate efficiently in a cold storage setting (-18°C to 0°C)
- General warehousing duties including stock replenishment and manual handling
- Maintaining accuracy and meeting daily pick targets
- Following strict safety and hygiene procedures
- Keeping work areas clean and organised

About You

- Previous warehouse, pick packing, or order fulfilment experience
- Comfortable working in cold environments (freezer conditions)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to work in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player




- Own reliable transport
- Full working rights in Australia
- Forklift licence not essential but highly regarded
