We’re a very busy and growing café looking for an experienced, passionate and creative Chef to join our team.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- Minimum 5 years’ Chef experience
- Solid café / high-volume kitchen experience
- Creative menu development & recipe creation
- Breakfast & lunch café experience
- Corporate catering & large-volume preparation
- Menu costing, portion control & food-cost management
- Excellent food presentation & consistency
- Food safety & hygiene knowledge

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop new menus, specials & seasonal dishes
- Create corporate catering menus & packages
- Lead and organise daily kitchen operations
- Maintain quality, speed & presentation during busy service
- Manage stock,



ordering & minimise food wastage
- Train and support kitchen team members
- Bring fresh ideas to help grow our café & catering business
- Work calmly and professionally under pressure
