Full Job Description

Domino’s Pizza Esperance is seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager (Retail Manager) to lead the overall operations of the store. This role is responsible for managing staff, overseeing sales performance, maintaining customer service standards, controlling stock and costs, and ensuring the business operates efficiently in line with company policies and franchise requirements.

The successful applicant will be a proactive leader with strong retail management skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to drive team performance in a fast-paced quick service environment.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Domino’s store to ensure efficient and profitable performance
- Plan and implement sales strategies, promotions and local marketing initiatives to grow revenue
- Monitor store budgets, expenses, labour costs and profitability targets
- Analyse sales results and prepare operational reports for business owners
- Recruit, train, supervise and develop team members and shift supervisors
- Prepare staff rosters and manage staffing levels to meet business demands
- Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve escalated customer issues promptly
- Oversee ordering, stock control, stock rotation and minimisation of wastage
- Ensure food safety, hygiene, workplace health and safety standards are consistently met




- Monitor compliance with franchise systems, procedures and brand standards
- Manage cash handling, banking, reconciliations and daily store records
- Coordinate delivery operations to maintain service efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity, service times and store performance
- Conduct staff performance reviews and implement training plans
- Ensure the premises, equipment and facilities are maintained in good working order

Skills & Requirements

- Minimum Diploma level qualification in Retail Management, Business or related field
- At least 1 year relevant management experience in retail, hospitality or quick service operations
- Robust leadership and people management skills
- Sound understanding of budgeting, stock control and business operations
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume environment
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Computer literacy including POS and reporting systems
