Requirements
We are seeking a relief cook/kitchen hand to join our small community team.
Job Description:
- Food preparation and cooking
- Stock rotation and control
- Kitchen cleaning and sanitizing
- Work as part of a small team
You must:
- Have a passion for food and cooking
- Be confident in the kitchen
- Be available to work Friday and Saturday evenings, with the potential to do some prep during the week.
- Have positive understanding of food safety
- Have a Food Handler Basics certificate, but a NSW Food Safety Supervisor certificate would be desirable
- Have Bistro A la carte experience
- Have good understanding of portion control
- Have good attention to detail
- Have good communication skills
Award wages paid
Job Types: Part-time, Casual, Permanent
Pay: From $34.00 per hour
