Todd Clinics Drouin is looking for a friendly and reliable Casual Chiropractic Assistant to help keep our clinic running smoothly while providing excellent care and service to our patients.

What the Role Involves

- Greet patients warmly and make them feel at home
- Manage calls and bookings efficiently
- Process payments via HICAPS and EFTPOS
- Support product sales (training provided)
- Maintain a calm, organised, and professional reception area

Work Hours & Location

- Flexibility to cover shifts during staff leave
- Opportunities to assist at nearby clinics in Morwell, Leongatha, and Wonthaggi

Who We’re Looking For

- Friendly, confident, and enjoys interacting with people
- Organised, skilled, and able to multitask
- Calm under pressure with good problem solving skills




- Strong communication to make patients feel comfortable
- Work independently when needed to keep the clinic running smoothly

No prior reception or customer service experience required full training and ongoing support provided.
