Job Description:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retail accounts and corporate clients.
- Identify new sales opportunities by monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Monitor product availability, stock levels, pricing, and promotional activities across assigned accounts.
- Manage day-to-day customer enquiries, sales follow-ups, orders, and account-related activities.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates on sales performance and account development.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and achievement of sales targets.

Minimum Requirements:

- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in key account management, retail, or distribution is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Good command of written and spoken Mandarin and English.

Pay: $60,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
