Position Details:

- Job Title: Hair Stylist
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Location: Just Cuts Wagga Wagga, NSW
- Annual Salary: $79,500 – $85,500 + superannuation
- Schedule: Fixed shifts with weekend availability required
- Work Environment: In-person, team-based salon setting

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform a full range of hairdressing services including cutting, shampooing, blow-drying, and styling for clients of all ages
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure every client leaves feeling confident and happy
- Oversee junior staff, providing guidance, mentoring, and support as needed
- Maintain a clean and welcoming salon environment, including participating in regular cleaning routines




- Follow franchise systems and standards to ensure consistent service delivery
- Assist with reception duties, including client check-ins, answering inquiries, and scheduling appointments
- Stay updated with current hair trends, products, and techniques through regular training and workshops

Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years work experience or relevant qualification
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine passion for hair styling and client care
- Flexibility to work weekends and follow a fixed shift schedule
- Must be legally authorised to work in Australia (preferred)
