Seeking an Experienced and Compassionate Practice Nurse to Join Our Friendly Professional Team

Located in the heart of Milsons Point, our contemporary and well-established medical centre is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care to our local community.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated nurse who enjoys working in a collaborative general practice environment. You will support our GPs and contribute to the smooth day-to-day clinical operations of the practice.

Key Responsibilities

- Immunisations and vaccine cold chain management

- Chronic disease management and care plans

- Health assessments (including 75+ health checks)

- Wound care and dressings

- Assisting with minor procedures

- ECGs and other clinical procedures

- Patient education and health promotion

- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation





About You

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse

- Previous general practice experience preferred

- Strong clinical and organisational skills

- Excellent communication and patient care approach

- Ability to work both independently and within a team

- Experience with Best Practice software (desirable)
