Registered Nurse (RN) – Night Duty (Permanent Part-Time)

We are currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join a well-established 64-bed residential aged care facility in Bangalow Village, just 15 minutes from Byron Bay.

This is a permanent part-time night duty role, ideal for a confident RN who is comfortable working as the sole nurse on shift, supported by 3 support workers.

About the Role

- Night duty – solo RN on shift

- Clinical leadership and oversight of the shift

- Supervision and support of care staff

- Ensuring high-quality, resident-centred care

Roster

- 3 shifts per week (part-time)

- Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday

- Week 2: Monday, Friday, Sunday

- Roster may vary

Requirements

- Current AHPRA registration

- Minimum 2–3 years RN experience

- Strong clinical judgement and leadership skills

- Previous aged care experience highly regarded

Pay Rates

- Year 2: From $42/hour

- Year 3: From $45.50/hour

- Year 5+: From $53/hour
