About Us
We are a multidisciplinary allied health clinic that primarily provides assessment and intervention to clients across a range of ages. We offer a flexible and well-supported work environment with a strong focus on peer learning, functional therapy, evidence-based practice, and a holistic approach to client care. Our client base includes individuals accessing NDIS funding (as a registered NDIS provider), Medicare funding, insurance, and private services.
This role would suit someone interested in working with paediatric clients, or a mixed caseload including teenagers, young adults, and some adult clients. Due to changes in service delivery following the COVID-19 pandemic, clinical care may be delivered across varied settings and platforms, including face-to-face and telehealth sessions.
The role is primarily clinic-based, with occasional community, school, or home visits as required. Services include both individual and group therapy sessions.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnosing, assessing, and providing evidence-based intervention for clients with speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders
- Providing education to clients and caregivers and developing individualised treatment and therapy plans
- Maintaining detailed progress notes, writing assessment and funding reports, referral letters, and developing and reviewing goals based on assessment outcomes
- Reporting progress and client status to relevant parties (e.g. family members, teachers, medical professionals) with consent
- Participating in care team meetings as required

Graduate Support
- For graduate clinicians, additional support includes:
- Weekly in-house supervision

- Full-time Allied Health Team Leader available Monday to Friday
- Fortnightly one-on-one 20-minute meetings with the Director
About You

Qualifications & Experience
- Valid Australian working rights
- Current Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) registration
- Strong skills in complex assessment and report writing
- Experience working within the NDIS system (desirable)
- Current Working With Children Check
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
