Are you a passionate Psychologist who enjoys working with children and their families? Our client is seeking a dedicated Paediatric Psychologist Contractor to join their supportive and collaborative multidisciplinary team in Western Australia.
This is a fantastic opportunity to build a flexible caseload while making a meaningful difference in the lives of children with developmental, behavioural, emotional, and mental health needs.
About the Role
As a Contractor Psychologist, you will:
- Conduct psychological assessments and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions for children and adolescents
- Support clients with a range of presentations, including anxiety, behavioural concerns, autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, emotional regulation difficulties, and developmental challenges
- Develop and implement individualised treatment plans tailored to client goals
- Monitor and evaluate therapeutic outcomes, adapting interventions as required
- Work collaboratively with families, carers, educators, and allied health professionals
- Participate in multidisciplinary and transdisciplinary service delivery
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation, reports, and progress notes
- Contribute to community education and mental health awareness initiatives
- Engage in ongoing professional development and clinical supervision opportunities

Essential Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Psychology
- Current General Registration with AHPRA
- Experience or strong interest in working with children and adolescents
- Solid assessment, intervention, and report-writing skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development
⭐ Desirable
- Experience working within paediatric, disability, or community-based settings
- Experience supporting children with ASD, ADHD, anxiety, and behavioural challenges
- Current Australian Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
- Experience working with NDIS participants and families
