Key Responsibilities

- Deliver comprehensive primary care consultations for patients across the lifespan, including chronic disease management, preventative care, acute presentations, and women’s and men’s health.
- Perform clinical assessments, order and interpret investigations, and develop evidence-based management plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Prescribe medications and provide safe, effective follow-up care; coordinate referrals to specialists and allied health professionals as required.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the practice management system and uphold strict patient confidentiality standards.
- Contribute to quality improvement activities, clinical audits, and practice initiatives to enhance service delivery and patient outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with nursing and administrative staff to ensure a smooth patient journey and efficient clinic operations.
- Support culturally diverse patient populations with empathy,



respect, and clear communication tailored to patient needs.

Candidate Requirements
- Current AHPRA registration as a General Practitioner with unrestricted practice rights in Australia.
- Strong clinical acumen in chronic disease management, preventative health, and acute care; familiarity with practice management software is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, professional demeanour, and ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and participation in practice meetings and CPD activities.
