Are you an Occupational Therapist passionate about making a meaningful difference in children’s lives? Our client is a growing paediatric therapy practice dedicated to helping children reach their full potential through personalised, evidence-based, and family-centred care.

They are now seeking a motivated Occupational Therapist Contractor to join their warm, collaborative team in the Bayside area.

About the Role

As a Contractor Occupational Therapist, you will enjoy a varied and rewarding caseload across clinic and community settings.

You will:

- Provide engaging, evidence-based OT assessments and interventions for paediatric clients
- Deliver therapy in a modern, well-resourced clinic environment
- Conduct outreach sessions in natural environments including homes, schools, and kindergartens
- Develop individualised, goal-directed therapy plans tailored to each child and family
- Support children with developmental, sensory, motor, and functional challenges
- Collaborate closely with families, educators, and multidisciplinary professionals
- Monitor progress and adjust intervention plans to ensure meaningful outcomes
- Maintain high-quality documentation and contribute to best-practice care
- Stay up to date with current evidence-based paediatric approaches

What You’ll Bring
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- Current AHPRA registration
- Genuine passion for paediatric and family-centred care
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team
- Commitment to ongoing professional learning and evidence-based practice
- Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid Driver’s Licence and access to reliable transport
