About the Role
As Team Lead Physiotherapist, you will:
- Provide high-quality physiotherapy assessment and treatment
- Mentor and support junior clinicians
- Help drive clinical excellence and team development
- Assist with workflow management and team coordination
- Contribute to business growth and community engagement
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment
- Deliver fortnightly professional development
What We’re Looking For
- AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist
- Minimum 3+ years clinical experience preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Passion for mentoring and team development
- Confidence managing a varied musculoskeletal caseload
- Commitment to evidence-based care and patient outcomes
