Key Responsibilities:

- Perform Health Assessments and assist with patient care.

- Administer vaccinations and immunisations.

- Oversee the management of vaccines and ensure compliance with Cold Chain Management protocols.

- Conduct ECG, Spirometry, and Ear Syringing.

- Provide Wound Care and Dressings.

- Assist with minor procedures and Support doctors in daily practice operations.

- Perform sterilisation of medical instruments and maintain stock control.

- Coordinate the recall and reminder system for patient follow-ups.

- Manage paperwork related to Chronic Disease Management and Care Plan Reviews.

- Oversee the coordination and maintenance of the treatment room.

- Maintain accurate records in PRODA, Medicare Benefits Schedule (MBS) Online, and the Australian Immunisation Register (AIR).

Key Competencies & Skills:

- Strong General Practice nursing skills with the ability to work independently and efficiently in a busy clinical environment.

- Experience with health assessments, chronic disease management support, vaccinations, wound care, ECGs, recalls, and treatment room procedures.

- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems, workflows, and processes.

- Demonstrates strong attention to detail and ensures compliance with Australian healthcare regulations, reporting requirements, infection control standards, and clinic policies.

- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively.





- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

- Patient-centred approach with warmth, empathy, professionalism, and a genuine passion for delivering quality care.

- Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Mandatory Requirements:

- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.

- Victorian Driver's License.

- Current AHPRA Registration.

- Valid CPR and First Aid Certificate.

- Current National Police Check.
