About the company:

Our client is a rapidly growing multidisciplinary healthcare provider based in North Lakes, Brisbane, offering integrated allied health and medical services within a fully supported clinical environment. Due to increasing demand for podiatry services, they are expanding their team and seeking a passionate Podiatrist to join their collaborative and supportive workplace.

This is a hybrid role offering flexibility across private practice and mobile/community services, with opportunities for rural outreach work if desired. The clinic prides itself on delivering high-quality patient care while supporting clinicians through mentoring, professional development, and genuine work-life balance.

You will work alongside an experienced Podiatrist with advanced surgical training exposure, as well as GPs, nurses, physiotherapists, pathology, and radiology teams within a multidisciplinary setting.

About the role:

This opportunity offers flexibility and autonomy, allowing you to tailor your caseload between clinic-based consultations and mobile services. The successful candidate can choose to work across private practice, home visits, or a combination of both.

The clinic is open to all experience levels, including new graduates, and offers strong mentoring and career progression pathways. Typical Caseload Includes:

- Diabetes assessments and management
- Musculoskeletal injuries
- Orthotics
- Nail surgery
- Verruca pedis treatment

Working Arrangements:

- Full-time preferred
- Minimum commitment of 3 days per week (22.5 hours)
- Adaptable, self-managed scheduling
- Candidates must commit to at least 3 days in private practice
- Mobile-only positions are not currently available

Remuneration: Private Practice: $55 – $70 per hour, high performance tier bonus and percentage bonus for high-value MBS items Mobile Services: $60 per hour, KM allowance and petrol reimbursement

Requirements:

- General registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Valid Australian work rights
- Current driver’s licence for candidates undertaking mobile services
- Open to all experience levels, including new graduates
