Role Description

This full-time, in office role for a Speech Language Pathologist is based in the Greater Sydney Area. The Speech Language Pathologist will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in individuals of varying ages. Responsibilities include developing and implementing personalized therapy plans,



collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, maintaining detailed records, and providing client education to support progress and outcomes.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Speech Therapy techniques and approaches
- Expertise in addressing Speech and Language Disorders
- Experience with Dysphagia and Communication Disorders assessment and treatment
- Strong diagnostic and therapeutic skills essential for managing complex cases
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for working with clients, families, and team members
- Recognition with relevant licensing and registration, including a degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Prior experience in a similar clinical setting is preferred
- Commitment to continuous professional development and evidence-based practices
