Job Description

We are inviting passionate Speech Pathologists (new graduates and experienced clinicians) to join our supportive and forward-thinking team across our Coomera and/or Nerang clinics.

About the Role

This role will encompass the following responsibilites:

- Assess, manage, and provide therapy for children and adolescents with communication disorders & disabilities
- Prepare high-quality reports and maintain accurate client records
- Conduct school and community visits to collaborate with educators and complete observations required for assessment and reporting
- Engage in peer mentoring and share professional learning with the team
- Contribute to and deliver community programs, including:

About our Recent Graduate Program

Our structured program offers:

- Comprehensive onboarding that will immerse and educate you in paediatric clinical practice, Community projects, the NDIS and MDT contexts.
- Extensive shadowing and mentoring from experienced clinicians
- Realistic caseload expectations with the gradual introduction of caseload, building to delivering 4 standard billable sessions per day after the first 6 months.
- Opportunities to explore and specialise in areas of interest

Requirements

- Membership with Speech Pathology Australia
- Eligibility for a Medicare Provider Number
- Current Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
- Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- Blue Card & NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Strong organisational, communication, and time management skills
