We’re a growing, values-led OT practice based in Prospect, supporting neurodivergent individuals and people with psychosocial disabilities, brain injuries, and neurological conditions. Our work is grounded in neuroaffirming practice and focused on real-world impact across the lifespan.

We’re opening roles for both early career and senior OTs.

In this role, you will:

• Deliver person-centred, community-based therapy that makes a difference day to day

• Work alongside a supportive team, including AHAs, mentors, and experienced clinicians

• Be supported through structured supervision and professional development





• Contribute to shaping services, groups, and new ideas that respond to real community needs

For senior OTs, there is also the opportunity to step into leadership through mentoring, service development, and shaping how we grow as a practice.
