- Managing a wide-ranging MSK caseload, including spinal and more complex presentations
- Designing and progressing structured rehabilitation programs (not generic exercise sheets)
- Communicating clearly with patients and referrers

- Contributing to a clinic culture that is calm, respectful, and sustainable
