About the Role

An excellent short-term opportunity is available for a Physiotherapist to join a multidisciplinary allied health team in the Northern Territory. This role offers exposure to a broad hospital-based caseload, with the opportunity to contribute to high-quality patient care across acute and sub-acute settings.

You will work in a collaborative workplace, supporting patient recovery and rehabilitation while gaining valuable experience across a diverse clinical landscape.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and treatment plans
- Manage a varied caseload across acute hospital settings
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Provide evidence-based interventions tailored to individual patient needs
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Support continuity of care through effective communication with patients and healthcare teams

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree (or higher)



in Physiotherapy
- Current registration with AHPRA (or eligibility)
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a hospital setting
- Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a team

Desirable Skills

- Acute hospital experience across areas such as orthopaedics, general medicine, renal, and palliative care
- Experience in musculoskeletal outpatient settings and/or pelvic health (highly regarded)
