About the role:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Team Leader Podiatrist to join our client's growing team. This leadership position will suit a Podiatrist who is ready to take the next step in their career, providing both clinical expertise and team guidance across our clinics. In this role,



you will:

- Lead, mentor, and support a team of podiatrists
- Manage clinical standards and ensure best practices across the team
- Oversee patient care plans and contribute to complex cases
- Continue to provide hands-on podiatry services to your own patient caseload
- Contribute to service development and clinic growth

Requirements:

- Bachelor of Podiatry (or equivalent)
- General AHPRA registration
- Extensive clinical experience preferred
- Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, or team coordination skills
- Strong diagnostic and biomechanical assessment abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about providing high-quality, patient-centred care
