Job title: Occupational Therapist - Clinic/Community/Hybrid - Newcastle, NSW

Hours: 38 hours/week, Flexible to full time or part time

Position Overview:

As an Occupational Therapist, you will be an integral part of our multidisciplinary team, working closely with patients to assess their needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions. You will have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of individuals across a variety of settings, including clinics and community-based programs

Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough evaluations to assess clients' abilities.
- Develop personalized treatment plans that promote independence and improve daily functioning
- Provide individualized occupational therapy interventions, including therapeutic exercises, adaptive equipment recommendations, and environmental modifications.
- Monitor and document patient progress,



adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Supervision and professional development is an integral part of this role.

Qualifications:

- Tertiary Qualification in Occupational Therapy
- Full registration with AHPRA
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
