About the Role

We are now seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Speech Pathologist who is ready to step into a leadership role — helping to build, mentor, and lead our growing team of Speech Pathologists.

You will manage a diverse clinical caseload while also playing a key part in team development, service design, and mentoring of junior staff. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on clinical excellence, collaborative care, and team growth. As a Senior Speech Pathologist, you will:

- Provide high-quality clinical care across a diverse client base
- Mentor and support junior Speech Pathologists




- Help develop and expand the Speech Pathology department
- Contribute to strategic planning and service delivery improvements
- Actively participate in MDT case conferences and knowledge-sharing forums
- Collaborate with other allied health professionals for integrated client care

Requirements:

- Bachelor or higher degree in Speech Pathology
- Current SPA membership
- Minimum 4 years of clinical experience (preferred)
- Leadership or mentoring experience highly desirable
- Passionate about building teams and improving services
- Excellent communicator with a collaborative, community-first mindset
