Paladin Dental in Northcote is looking for an experienced associate dentist to join our practice — someone who genuinely cares about their patients and wants to be part of building something meaningful over the long term.

This isn’t a high-volume, churn-and-burn role. We’re a relationship-based practice, and we’re looking for a clinician who feels the same way.

Who we’re looking for

· At least 5 years of clinical experience in general dentistry

· A dentist who listens first — to patients, to colleagues, and to new ideas

· Someone who wants to build their own loyal patient base over time, with our support

· An open mind and a willingness to keep learning throughout your career

· Comfortable with — or excited to grow into — digital dentistry workflows and advanced procedures such as implants, full-arch cases, sleep dentistry, and explicit aligners

· A team player who is happy to step up and act as second-in-charge when the principal is away, once trust and familiarity are established





· Someone who loves doing quality dentistry and building trust — but doesn’t want the headaches of practice ownership
