What You’ll Be Doing
With guidance from a Senior Physiotherapist / Team Leader, you will:
Conduct high-quality, in‑home physiotherapy assessments with supervision if and when necessary,
Deliver practical, evidence‑based, personalised, strengths‑focused interventions
Support clients with rehabilitation mobility, function, pain management, and independence
Engage in weekly in-house professional development and mentorship sessions
Gradually build confidence working with clients presenting with a broad range of conditions across community and home‑based settings
Continuously evaluate and modify treatment plans to optimise patient outcomes
Collaborate with multidisciplinary allied health professionals, including occupational therapists and speech pathologists, to support optimal patient outcomes
Collaborate with families,
Actively support a positive team environment
Maintain explicit, timely documentation aligned with aged‑care requirements
Who You Are
AHPRA‑registered Physiotherapist (new graduates welcome and encouraged)
Interested in community and aged‑care physiotherapy
Comfortable learning toward independent home visits (with support)
Strong communicator — calm, approachable, and compassionate
Motivated to learn, open to feedback, and eager to develop clinical skills
Hold a valid driver’s licence
Have (or are willing to obtain) a Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, and Police Check
Demonstrate an ongoing commitment to professional development
