The opportunity

We're seeking an experienced, motivated musculoskeletal physiotherapist who enjoys building strong client connections and delivering high-quality, personalised care across a varied caseload of sports injuries and general musculoskeletal injuries. Our dedicated Clinical Director will work alongside you, offering tailored support and mentorship to empower you to expand your skills and expertise, and thrive as part of our dynamic and welcoming team.

The role is ideal for someone who enjoys:

- Solving complex movement and injury presentations
- Understanding the underlying drivers of pain and dysfunction
- Combining hands-on treatment with exercise-based rehabilitation
- Helping patients achieve lasting results and prevent recurrence
- Continually refining their clinical reasoning and treatment skills
- Building genuine, long-term relationships with clients.

What you'll do

- Assess, diagnose and treat musculoskeletal conditions
- Deliver evidence-based manual therapy and tailored exercise rehabilitation
- Manage a varied musculoskeletal caseload - sports injuries, general MSK and chronic pain
- Build trusted relationships with clients, referrers and the local community
- Contribute to a positive, team-first clinic culture
- Explore leadership and business development opportunities.

What we're looking for

- Minimum 3 years experience musculoskeletal physiotherapy practice
- Solid manual therapy and clinical assessment skills
- Confident with exercise prescription and rehabilitation
- Excellent communicator who connects with clients
- A collaborative team player who values a supportive, respectful workplace
- Enthusiasm and commitment to delivering the best outcomes for clients
- Current AHPRA registration as a physiotherapist
- Australian work authorisation.
