Role Overview

What You Will Do

- Deliver high-quality primary care: Conduct consultations across acute, chronic and preventive care for patients of all ages with diagnostic accuracy and evidence-based management.
- Chronic disease management: Develop and review care plans, coordinate multidisciplinary care, and support patients with diabetes, cardiovascular disease, respiratory conditions and mental health needs.
- Preventive health and screening: Provide immunisations, routine health checks, screening and lifestyle counselling.
- Procedural care: Undertake common practice procedures aligned with your skills and scope, with access to on-site support and equipment.
- Patient communication and continuity: Build therapeutic relationships, maintain clear documentation, and ensure safe follow-up and referrals when needed.
- Team collaboration: Work closely with nursing staff, allied health professionals and administrative colleagues to deliver coordinated, effective care.

About You
- Qualified and registered:



Australian medical registration and eligibility to practice as a General Practitioner in Australia.
- Experience: Prior general practice experience preferred; new fellows are welcome to apply and will be supported.
- Patient-focused: Strong communication skills, empathy, and a commitment to high-quality, culturally sensitive care.
