The Role (What You’ll Be Doing)

- Assess and treat MSK conditions across private and compensable clients (WC/TAC).




- Deliver high-quality manual therapy and individualised rehabilitation programmes.
- Complete clear clinical reporting and maintain insurer documentation/compliance.
- Liaise with employers/case managers and collaborate with multidisciplinary colleagues on return-to-work plans.
- Contribute to clinic growth and service improvements, and supervise/mentor junior clinicians as you move along the leadership pathway.

What We’re Looking For (Senior Profile)

- Bachelor/Master of Physiotherapy with current AHPRA registration.
- 5+ years’ MSK experience (private practice and/or occupational/compensable).
- Solid manual therapy skills and excellent clinical reasoning.
- Confidence with WorkCover/TAC processes, documentation, and stakeholder liaison.
- Clear communicator, team player, and motivated to develop leadership capability.
